VACCINATION SURVEY
The Department of Health recently launched a SECOND COVID-19 BOOSTER SHOT available for Seniors (A2) and Frontline Health Workers (A1). We are conducting a survey on how many will qualified and would be willing to get your jab with us (Rotary International District 3810). ALthough we do not have yet a time, date and place, should you be willing to take part on this program and you are qualified (see eligibility criteria below), please sign up.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
(1.) Must be a SENIOR (Category A2 – Age above 60 years of age) and/or HEALTH WORKER (A1).
(2.) Must have had the FIRST BOOSTER DOSE 4 months ago (Tentatively: Lets us use January 30 as a cut off point)
