Rotary Club of Imus officers and new members held their 29th Handover and 30th Induction Ceremonies virtually and with a limited in-person audience last November 5, 2021 at the Maliksing Kabataan Building in Imus Pilot Elementary School. This ceremony is to recognize the new Life Changing President Arturo P. Rosaroso, Jr and to formally accept their new members.
Immediate Past President Patrick Jerald Camilon delivered his valedictory address to showcase the programs and achievements of the club during the pandemic year of 2020 while assuring that the service of the club will continue under the able leadership of its new club president. Rosaroso. Chief of Staff Vilma conducted the charging to the new LCP and Governor Robert Koa led his induction.
During his acceptance speech, LCP Rosaroso gave his deepest gratitude for the support of the club to his projects and requested the continuous assistance of every member in order to continue their service that changes the lives of people that they will help.
The ceremony concluded with Governor Robert Koa giving his inspirational message to the new Life Changing President and also to everyone present followed by congratulatory messages from fellow Rotarians LCP Roland Dilidili from Rotary Club of Imus Independencia, LCP Patrick Doloroso from Rotary Club of Carmona and LCP Peachy Pasion. They all commended the new LCP Rosaroso for his remarkable service and emphasized how important it is to have a heart for serving other people because this is a characteristic that every Rotarian should have.
Rotary Club of Imus now led by LCP Art spearheaded many projects this year including relief giving, distributing Kits for Kids, Ride to Change Lives, Special Education Webinar for Autism, Deaf, and Mute, Dugo Mo Buhay Ko, Gulong ng Buhay and many other life-changing activities that aims to help the marginalized and promote livelihood.
