The effects of COVID-19 pandemic have been felt all over the world since the beginning of year 2020. From March to May last year, parts of the Philippines endured Enhanced Community Quarantine, since then the country has been in a state of flux regarding lockdown restrictions with the rules changing depending on the current number of cases. Many business have closed down, some lost jobs, and others had staggered working days and lost income.
The Rotary Club of Manila Midtown decided to take action and reach out and Serve to Change Lives by donating medicines that will be distributed to indigent families in partnership with IUS Pharmaceutical Products Inc. RCMM have turnover assorted medicines like anti-hypertensive, anti-bacterial, multi-vitamins, anti-angina to the following areas:

Barangay 281 Zone 26 District 3 Manila thru Chairman Jefferson Lau
City Government of Manila, thru Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso
City Government of Quezon City thru Mayor Josefina “Joy” Belmonte
The said turnover was headed by Life Changing President James Ong together with PP Cindy Ramos, PP Rolley So, Rotarian Richard Tan and other RCMM Members.
